Only complaint was that the tv input was loose. OK if you wiggled it. Reported it to desk on leaving and they promised to sort it out that day. They also said life would be so much easier if guests would report faults.

The 3 best things were the choice of the breakfast buffet, the view from the bar on the top and the comfortable beds

has everything u need. might want to consider Ueno East around the corner if budget allows.

Very close to Omiya train station, about 35 to 40 min from central Tokyo by train (1 exchange). Nice local restraints near by
