I was upgraded from a 1-3 bedroom apartment which was a pleasant surprise but then I was asked not to use the other 2 bedrooms.......they also tried to charge me from WiFi and when I objected I was given access for free. Apart from that nice accommodation

Room was ok, but located in the basement was slightly claustrophobic. Breakfast was not impressive, location is good, close to Bayswater Tube approx 2 street away, very close to hyde park so if you are looking to explore that area, this hotel would be per

Old facilities / quaility of bed is bad. Location is not far from city. Limited space for parking. Heater in 2 bedroom is not good./ not working.
