      Room was not having AC for full night & no one came to open window also. I slept in animal conditions after paying full money. I dont think i should book such hotels & as my travel agent you must get my money back from hotel. They stopped picking

      Overall a great hotel. Reasons for less than 5 stars: Staff was somewhat abrasive and our toilet was very finicky while the lobby ones were not. Further, wifi is only offered in the lobby, but the signal was so weak we could never get it.
