Good location, lobby looked good but bedroom and bathroom dated( making it feel dirty)

Next to Lake Toya, with great onsen facilities. However, the room is a bit old and required refurbishment.

Not to far from Bayswater underground station, nice location plenty of shops bars and restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi only works in lobby. Not a great selection at breakfast.

Location, location, location

The hotel is very near the bus and train station. It's on a small street behind the Country Hotel Takayama (which has a Family Mart). Within walking distance to the Jinya-mae market and the larger Miyagawa morning market.

While we were inside the room, the housekeeping manager entered our room! What about our privacy? Also, the next day when we had placed the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door, the room was made up.

We had gotten a garden cottage room located at the courtyard. It was convenient for parking, loading and unloading our stuff. We had lots of stuff especially with a toddler. Pillows were comfortable, great mini kitchen facilities and cosy lounge. It was t
