Location, Room Size and Cleaniness

I felt like the hotel had a staff morale problems in my experience this is usually due to poor management practices and lack of staff recognition of staff by senior management. I rated the performance of the staff poorly their was a couple of exceptions

Visited hotel for business trip. Great Location. Hotel is clean and the amenities were awesome! Garden view gives relaxing moment to give enough rest. Staffs are nice and their breakfast was fascinating. Will definitely visit again.

Small room but good enough for travelers not spending much time in it. Complimentary breakfast was great. Nice mix of western and Japanese options. Would probably stay here again.

Accessible to Heathrow and much cheaper than many, many other hotels in the area.
