Once we arrived at 245pm.. Receiption ask us to wait for 20 mnts due to room unreadiness.. After 20 minutes, The room was not ready and other staff doesnt know we are waiting for a room. Another 30 minutes need to wait only after we stand in front the cou

The room was great! Clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. A quiet and chill environment too.

The attitude of the desk manager was in particular very appalling. Least attention paid to customer needs and very unhelpful nature. Hotel in itself was good in location and built.
