Staff were extremely helpful, excellent location, room was spacious in Japanese standard

Very polite staffs

Staff are very polite and couldn't do enough for you the entrance and dining rooms are magnificent. Rooms are dated and the general room standard could be improved. The bed wasn't that comfy and maybe some new mattress would be in order.
