The staff is very helpful in getting us for the parking spot. The rooms are in good sizes but it's kind of old as lack of maintainence. There was also odour smell in the room and toilet. The insect screen at the balcony was also broken. Hope the hotel

Family room is small, we can't open both luggages inside the room. Staffs are nice & helpful. JPY800 parking fee is a bit expensive as most of other hotels are free of charges.

This hotel was arranged somewhat motel-style, and was undergoing refurbishment at the time of our stay. Our room had clearly been recently redecorated, but my wife was dismayed at the smell of cigarette smoke in our non-smoking room. Other than that, the
