The room was the best spacious, well furnished and quipped, Staff was very helpful, especially while helping us with the weather prediction. Definitely recommended and total value for ur money.

Staff at front was not pleased to serve when we arrived and they looked frustrate when checking our voucher and not good voice when asking us the details

All staff are nice and helpful. Location is very near with Osaka Castle and Subway station

Very bad and old hotel even room is spacious. Air condition very bad, bed is very old. Furniture is old ... Bad service. Will never go back to this hotel. The worst Okura.
