      Location is fantastic. Closed to all modes of transportation. There's even airport shuttle right at the door step whose queue never seem to end no matter what time. Room was stuff. Somehow they regulated the air con. Got staff to open window so had to

      This hotel is my usual stop in London. A great location; walking distance from anywhere in Central London. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms bijou but adequately appointed; everything one needs for a relaxing stay.
