Booked the room three months in advance and I wasn't notified that there's a problem with their air conditioner. There was no air conditioning at all. Had I known this in advance, I would have stayed elsewhere. Bathroom and kitchen area are disgus

Pool and room

fortunately, good weather and good views... otherwise, it would have been a long walk

Never stay a such 5 stars level hotel with so few extra facilities. I don't know why I should pay for using swimming pool after I payed so much for living this hotel.

it is very near to tower but far from any good shopping area.

The location is really good, near Bayswater station. A room is not too small and good decorate. WIFI is good signal. Really value for the price you pay.
