Great location and service but not sure why the elevator stops at the second floor, leaving top floor guests another two narrow, winding stairs to navigate with heavy bags.

it would have been nice to have had coffee and tea facilities in the room

had a very big room with view to the pier and a balcony, full english breakfast was okay. location is perfect.

Disappointed, the hotel is in a great location and staff where friendly but the rooms are not up to it, basic, in need of a good refurb, no curtains, no wardrobe, 2 sockets that are not near bed or mirror, poor lighting to say the least

Request a rear room. Rooms at the front are very noisy from the road traffic.
