The rooms are very small. This does not come across in the description or the pictures. However, the location is very convenient.

Staff very helpful. I dropped my phone in the taxi and they went all the way to help me track the same.

The staff, the food and the room

Good Location, got every basic things you need. But the wifi connection need to be improved, shower water is not consistently hot, and we gave up on the Continental breakfast. Anyway, everything acceptable for our short stay in London. Recommend!

You can walk form station to hotel and go to castle

Beautiful lake view; good facilities including two bathrooms and two toilets; good food.

The view of the river, the bedrooms themselves (all refurbished) and the dining areas (great ambience and always somewhere to get a cup of tea!)
