Owners are friendly, nature is beautiful, breakfast superb, internet connection is great, everything is super clean.

Cleanliness of room was poor, vacuum filters needed changing - smell in room was awful (dog hair). Dog barking - waking you up early - ain't good on holiday:(

Location, food and comfortable

Bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. Helpful staff, very clean

Near hyde Park and Tube Station. Rooms very small sometimes it was not possible to open the suitcase in the room. Daily cleaned but not the corners. The bathroom vera small. Breakfast toast and jam.

Clean room, but a bit small. Location very close to Tokyo Metro. Lots of restaurant around the area. Staff are friendly. The hotel also have free shuttle service to Tokyo Disney Resort.

Great, could have had better parking facilities or discounts in local car parks as it was extortionate to park :( other than that it was great. Great staff, great rooms, great atmosphere!
