The staff can be more helpful. How can you just stand there watching people pushing the trolley which full of luggages and you are doing nothing?

Staff were not polite enough.

Not comfortable The room is too small and the bed is not king size, you have to struggle for the space. They have bugs or lices in the carpet and the chairs.

I requested for non-smoking room because the smoke allergy. We should have a room in the non-smoking floor. The bad room arrangement some how, we had smell the cigarette smoke all the night an coughing with no breath. The window was sealed. Very bad expe
