Not comfortable
The room is too small and the bed is not king size, you have to struggle for the space. They have bugs or lices in the carpet and the chairs.
First time in a 5-star hotel and was anticipating the full package and more as it was not a cheap deal. The staff were friendly and helpful as you would expect. The lights did not work in the room on arrival and I phoned down and within minutes somebody h
