The overall presentation of the hotel/standard of accomodation, the attitude of the staff/polite and friendly, being made to feel welcome by all including the night porter - "all" were excellent.

Basic, basic, basic.... Small double beds & the ice rink disguised as a car park was not gritted at all in the 3 days I was there... Feels like this place is being run by a bunch of student travellers who don't have the first clue about customer

Very efficient and friendly staff, good location and good internet. Very convenient too as the airport bus stops right in front of the hotel.

The price and good comments were what made me choose the hotel as I only needed it for a overnight stay. I got to the Manchester train station at the airport and called using the courtesy phone and was told that the pick up would be with in 8-10 min. Call
