Elevator not working. When you have heavy luggage, this is a problem. The staff were indifferent. No assistance offered or provided to help with bags. Breakfast is $27 per person--expensive! Room clean. Bed comfortable.

Location, location and location

The staff is very friendly. Location is far from station.

The hotel is walking distance to most of the attraction. We booked 2rooms and one of the rooms view is the multistorey car park which for us is quite expensive to pay for £80/night.
