Relaxing, not near main roads, good restaurant.

Regardless of some nitpicking reviews, this property has all the kind of things going for it that the highest recommendation is in order. The location is central to all of Kyoto. One simply has to walk steps to and from the subway for easy transportation

Great hotel - very convenient to train station. Clean, comfortable and quiet - don't worry, there is almost no noise from the station. Breakfast very good. INCREDIBLY pleasant staff. Could not do enough to make sure we were having a good stay. Thanks

Great Lcation for easy walking into Centre. Lots of restaurants nearby with great atmosphere. The hotel staff were, without exception helpful, friendly and polite. The only real criticism we had was the rooms were extremely hot. There was no air con to co
