Hotel is nice, rooms are very small and wifi is pretty slow. Location is good for central London, staff are very helpful and friendly. The shower is terrible, barely works and takes time to heat up,

Situated in the city centre at the River Clyde. Central station near by. Bus stops right in front of the door. Little bit noisy but great deal for this low price.

Die Familienzimmer sind zwar ok (wenn auch alt) aber durch den langen Spaziergang ins Zentrum waren die Kinder bereits müde. Man kann zwischendurch nicht einfach kurz ins Hotel um sich auszuruhen. Die Dame am Empfang war unfreundlich..

The customer service is good. The room is a bit old but clean. The only little disadvantage is the location not so near the train station. The Umeda station is very big so it takes longer time for us to walk between the hotel and the train station.

Didn't get much good weather but when the view came out, you realize why you spent all that cash. Food and drink are NOT cheap (think $13 USD glass of beer) but served by lovely people in a stunning setting. Get a lake view room.
