Location, Breakfast and value for money

Booked 2 double rooms,but when we check in found the rooms is double decker bed room.totally diffenerce as shown on agoda.

Location is convenient which takes around 5 minutes walk to subway station and only 3 stops to Kyoto station! However, the hotel room has become a bit old comparing with my last stay few years ago particularly the bedding quality and feel a bit itchy when

Staff service with reasonable location

The location is right in the middle of 2 subway stations. This hotel is a bit over-charged.

Location for my purposes in Seoul, pleasant staff (receptionists, room cleaners), willing to help (esp. printing maps to find places)

room design is disappointing, small....not guest-friendly
