This is the second time I have stayed here and once again the hotel lived up to expectations, quiet, comfortable and near the centre of Nelson which meant walking into town for the evening took only a few minutes. Will stay there agin next time I'm up

The mattress was so hard that I felt like sleeping on a piece wood board, however it's location is good, it's right next to the shopping area

Strategic Location. However the rooms are small, without air conditioner make it kinda hot in summer time.

The staff could not do enough for us and without fail went that extra mile. We must mention Summer the receptionist who assisted us no end with golf reservations etc. The room was stunning (No. 5) with an unexpected four poster bed which was soo comfort

Cleanliness, staff and location

Clean and cozy room, friendly and helpful staff. Nice view from hotel and just few steps away to the beachfront.
