After long 13 hours flight , I reach hotel around 9 am , and request for early check in , they only want us to upgrade to club room and pay additional 35 pound each person then they will let us check in early, I never accept it, so I waited for 5 hours in

Within 2 mins by foot to dontobori and very convenient to shinsaibashi. Indeed good location. Area for improvement: softer pillows and mattress. Pyjamas got smell...not sure if it have been washed after previous guest wore it...or they just fold it back i

Second time of staying here and still as good as the first time. Only down side was how noisy others were who was were staying during the night. Other then that no complaints.

Its near to everywhere and walkable

The room was comfortable. Though not very spacious, a great shower, flatscreen tv (including various international channels), free parking. Easy location. Very good price. Quiet, not too busy.
