Hotel was good but not fantastic.

hotel fine rooms not so good. when turn lights out for bed door not the correct size for frame so have all the light from corrador come under door and up the side . so this makes the room fairly light. 1 inch gap bottom of door. all so air c

It was without doubt the worst UK hotel we have stayed at. We were there a week and although we had a beautiful top of the range room the shower did not work and there was no heating at all. The breakfast was woeful, hardly cooked and usually cold. Staff

The hotel is a bit old, but its still very pleasant and clean. Location is amazing.

The attitude of the desk manager was in particular very appalling. Least attention paid to customer needs and very unhelpful nature. Hotel in itself was good in location and built.
