When we arrived we got to our room and it wasn't the room we paid for however with a quick call to reception, and they quickly fixed it up and turned it around for us in no time... Great staff and the hotel is wonderful!

The lobby and Amy's restaurant smelt of rodent/dog urine. I asked to have tv tuned to get bbc four. Reception said that they would send someone up. Never happened. Noise from bar downstairs went until 3am so no slerp. I travel 2 months of the year. Wo

Position, staffing, room

Room was filthy. Location is awful not close to town at all nearly got killed trying to get there without a car. There was no bin or wardrobe in the room, huge fur ball in the shower. No toilet roll in the rooms. Only one plug socket. Radiator was broke.

Very clean, good location, friendly staff. The only problem we had was the tv was very small in our room.
