The hotel's location was perfect. Close to Victoria station and great dining options within walking distance.

This is a very old hotel full of historical but maintenance very well. Staff can speak very well english and introduce us the places inside the hotel (example : garden, dining room, museum and public bath) when we on the way walk from lobby to our room. T

Gave us a room on the 5th floor where all the work was taking place and no other rooms were occupied by anyone else. The passage you could hardly walk through beds outside headboards in hallway. Workers banging away from first thing. Gave a room that was

quietness friendly staff. location.
