Location and price

big indoor swimming pool, helpful staff, no shops around, have to buy foods and drinks from the town, look at the map before heading to the hotel, it's not closed to the downtown!

The worst hotel by miles not up to the usual Campanile standard! The staff were extremely rude and by no means helpful. The room was substandard and cleanliness questionable! Spoilt our stay, albeit brief, in Aix!

Room was at the ground floor but not an issue as there is pretty much no traffic in the street. Good ale available at the bar.
