love the location, very near to train station. room and bed and staff was great.

Quiet run down hotel that is at best 3 stars. The only onsen that charges a tax/ fee after our visits to a few in other parts of Hokkaido which have better onsen facilities than this hotel's onsen. Have to even bring down our own towels from the room!

Staff was welcoming & professional. Hotel was conveniently located to subway stop & quiet except for outside construction. Room was very small but functional & bed actually very comfortable. Cleaning crew kept the hotel exceptionally clean. I

Got our room at noon although check in time was 2pm. Excellent housekeeping - not an item or necessity missed out daily. Tips all left untaken. Hope it would become acceptable for guest to show appreciation by leaving an inexpensive gift as appreciation.
