Randomly picked this hotel because of location. Room is spacious with right amenities. Great experience except the shower door has a technical problem and renovation outside starts from 7am..

I'm booking in agoda with non smoking room. But in the fact they give me room smoking. But smoking room it's not bad. Smoking room but as like non smoking room. The first day in Apa hotel they don't give a complementary water but stay more one

Problems when we first arrived but they were sorted out immediately by the Duty Manager. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We have stayed here a few times before and have enjoyed all our stays. Breakfast is amazing and in lovely dining rooms. I
