This hotel has a fantastic location right in the city centre overlooking the river. Very clean and has all the amenities needed, staff very helpful.

Superb Onsen, Superb Service, Superb Location

Very central, very friendly and helpful staff and free bikes.

Room was rather too warm and we didn't find any way to cool it down at night but that's the only fault. We didn't eat there or use the facilities but it looked ok.

The staff was always available, friendly and helpful...and multi-lingual.

Location, plenty of restaurants around, and there was a mart to buy stuff

Thought it was a bit slack that there was no free wifi in the hotel - especially given the price range

Got stuck because of French strike and cancelled flight. Reception staff very helpful phoning for flight rebooking on the French 'help number' provided. Patient and knowledgable. God breakfast and v clean rooms.

It was so lifting to stay here after weeks in hostels
