good location, fairly good to spend a day or two , is not the hotel you came to see in edinburgh is the city , if you need a good place where to sleep this is one of them. staff can improve a little bit in the food area. training what people want.
Good for big group of ppl or Tour. No good for small group. Reception is too tired to serve guest . not very nice to us, may be too many tours there !!
Smelled so terrible in the room and bathroom. I was up the whole night cause of the cigarette smell. The girl at the front desk never asked me whether I want a non-smoking room when I checked in, so I didn't even know if there was an option. The room
