Location, service and cleanliness

For Low budget hotel , very worth to stay there, but the room very small and bed position very awful, staff very kind , overall i enjoy stay there

The hotel was situated far from Hakone and nearby Odawara. A shuttle runs hourly but we once were required to get off the shuttle and onto a bus despite the confirmed shuttle service. Most of the staff failed to speak English sufficiently, which made our

Perfect choice just next to metro station. The hotel is right opposite to the Osaka castle, good if you want to visit there.

close to railway station, walking distance to city centre, comfortable bed.

The room was big compared with other hotel in Japan.
