I love staying in Gangnam so location was fantastic. Had issues with partying noise from the room next to us but admin sorted it out and that's all that matters. Will definitely stay again. One note about entering pin instead of using a keycard - t

The location is good, a short walk to the Pigalle metro station. The staff was very nice and pleasant, especially the breakfast hostess. The only “problem” was that toiletries were not provided (toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, etc. Only soap and shower gel.
