We arrived the hotel at late night, the receptionist was no service at all, and she even hadn't checked any of our id documents for ensuring the safety & security... This reli surprised us. The hotel facilities were v old... And actually not reli

It was not bad but when I was coming to room late at night I relise my extra bed for sofa not have sheets and blanket I call the reception to give me one they said to me sorry the houskeeping are close and we can not open the store key with the housekeep

Room too small for 2 people

Staff are very polite and couldn't do enough for you the entrance and dining rooms are magnificent. Rooms are dated and the general room standard could be improved. The bed wasn't that comfy and maybe some new mattress would be in order.

I have booked and paid to Agoda, instead Corus hotel debit my credit card again after I have check out!
