great location, friendly and helpful staff

Upon arrival, the hotel manager received me and informed that my room is not available due to technical fault and I was offered a replacement at Apex Waterloo Hotel. I was given a complimentary cab transfer and stayed at Waterloo for the next two nights.

Great hotel near the airport. We were travelling with a person with a wheelchair and experienced no problems. Staff very accomodating

Hotel has definitely seen better days and could do with some renovation work. The room carpet looks stained but it is still comfortable nonetheless. The hotspring bath is the highlight of our stay, after a long drive there from Miyazaki. Nothing much to d
