Location is great for going to main trains stations such as Shin-Osaka and Umeda, and also only a few stops from Shinsaibashi, Nanba, and Nipponbashi stations. The hotel is located at a quiet place, although there is a railway nearby but it did not affect

Good location

This is just a room and breakfast. There are no facilities at all so really I cant grade the staff, great location, superb decor and well sound proofed rooms- but that is it... It is exactly what I wanted...

Shower had dirty areas in it and we received a wake up call that wasn't requested.Counter staff didnt seem engaged in providing excellent customer service.
