Very nice stay here

Chambre beaucoup trop petite un couple avec jeune ado 15 ans , clim activée à 10 degré . Tele beaucoup trop basse . Tellière ne fonctionne pas .personnel super sympa. Heureusement !!!

Awesome nicely located hotel

I had to book here at last mins because my other hotel got cancelled accidentally... But it's still in Gatwick airport so access to the flight was so convenient. Room was pretty clean except for two pistachios were on the floor when we walked into the

Arrivé à 19h : plus de personnel , reçu les clés d'une chambre pas propre et avec draps sales, pas de code pour rentrer la nuit , pas d'excuse le lendemain . Hotel sans charme, service horrible gros dysfonctionnements

The location, food, receptionist are excellent. Other staff need to learn to do customer service.
