Had said on Agoda that my room would be 10sqm whoch is very small as it is. Room was even smaller. Horrible horrible experience!

Clean, very friendly and helpful staff, good location, rooms rather dated, however, and not exactly cheap. Seems the hotel is in the middle of a refurbishing exercise, which is a good thing.

Excellent hotel, close to Princes Street. Quiet location overlooking park area, but only a few minutes walk from shops, pubs and restaurants. Lovely spacious room with comfy bed and excellent power shower. Very helpful and friendly staff. Only stayed
