Great view to see sunrise if you are by the lake view, Surrounded by Nature, Close to rotorua airport

It's convenient for those who has no time to shop but needs to bring back some goodies. Downside is they close at 9pm. Location not too bad, but not very near to the station especially if you're first time there. Require some navigation.

Everything is bad..The staff not friendly at all! No Free wifi with such rating 3.5 Star hotel!!

Very close to the railway station and have a hotspring at ground floor. But offering time for gentleman and lady are different and we have to arrange by our own. Room is very small and breakfast is acceptable.
