      1. Wifi only works at the lobby. However, when we couldnt connect to the wifi(even we were in the lobby), the staff did NOT help us at all. All he said was " look at my phone. I can connect. You see?". That was all his help!!!!!! 2. The hotel lo

      Convenient location close to Earls Court tube station (Piccadilly line - so a straight shot to Heathrow if you need to make it to the airport). We were able to drop our bags early as we arrived before check-in. The room itself was clean and spacious. G
