nice hotel

Our third time here. Excellent facilities. I would recommend this hotel as it represents good value for money. Staff on reception were great. Shame about the demeanour of the cleaner in the corridor in the morning as it let the hotel down.

Great location for weekend break, hotel was fabulous, however restaurant was fully booked for sat, receptionist could of advised of bar meals :-) no complaints and would use hotel again if travelling to Kent

The room was clean, and warm plus the staff were very friendly

Lake view executive club room. Location. Service.

Stayed here for one night before we took domestic flight to Jeju. Got a free upgrade to a bigger room. Really appreciated that. Spacious and had free wifi. Only downside - the towels provided had some stains on them. Could be more careful with that.
