The location is good, a short walk to the Pigalle metro station. The staff was very nice and pleasant, especially the breakfast hostess. The only “problem” was that toiletries were not provided (toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, etc. Only soap and shower gel.

This hotel is nearby the Luton airport,within 8 mins walk, very convenient. There rooms are modern and comfortable. However, their restaurant is tiny and the breakfast was not included.

Overall satisfactory. To improve room product. Rooms are tired (besides 9th floor which is a little bit better) with carpets smelling some times.

Efforts of staff were saving grace of this review. Very helpful with early check in provided and making up sofa bed in evening. Other than that the hot pools (main reason for booking here) were luke warm. The shower is located inside the bathtub which is

Nice big room, comfortable bed and pillows but room extremely hot on arrival - very hot day, south facing window and curtains left open :( Because we couldn't open the windows very wide (top floor), room didn't cool down until about 3 am. Decent
