Staff was very friendly and helpful, hotel located in the city centre and just few mins walk to Eiffel tower. But the room was too small, very small.

Good location and a kitchen

Clean, quiet place, near from a subway station

this was a very good dea until we arrived and saw that the room faced the back so the buzzing of a generator all night was awful ...so actually a cheaper hotel would have done as we never slept for the noise

Location, cleanliness

Fantastic modern hotel within minutes of Kyoto station. Only stayed one night but was probably the best hotel of our trip. Just FYI you will not be allowed in the hot spring if you have visible tattoos, but this is the norm in Japan so no surprise.

Getting staff response after a long waiting in reception queue, getting porridge at breakfast after quarter hours wait + leaving on last day…

Enjoyed a superior room at a reasonable price. Comfortable beds and good breakfast. Had an evening meal which was fine. Two satisfied customers.good value

Some distance away from JR station. But 3 bus services stop at the bus stop infront of hotel. Room is big for usual japan hotel. But abit too pricey.
