I stayed here only a night before leave tokyo to Jakarta, over all the service just fine, not really closed to the Narita airport but they have free shuttle bus to the airport. A lot of restaurant around the hotel and easy to get to aeon mall

Cozy, rooms are large and in a quiet area, easy to take subway to the city center

It was a lovely hotel my only problem was I was charged twice and not happy about it I booked online with credit card when I got to hotel they would not take my booking and had to pay again nearly triple the price I payed on line

Pro: We are happy with service delivered by all the staff. The character room is a must for family with children. Location is good as connected to Lotte World adventure, Lotte Mall and Subway station. Breakfast is good, but close early at 10:00AM. Con: T
