very cheap price and not so far from RER

The front office manager is very rude due to we check out late and force us to paid extra 2500 yen . It's not the money problem, but the attitude of the manager. she's not showing us the professionalism and refused to negotiate on this matter. I&

Comfortable and clean. Most of amenties and services of 5star experience. A little pricey in dining in options. Lacks personalised touches though and staff a little aloof. In room amenities not especially generous....e.g only a few teabags..and no coffee.

Location, Cleanliness and Cost

Location of the hotel is excellent, spacious rooms compared to other hotels in paris. The staff was friendly and helpful. On the other hand, Overall facility and mainly corridors need refurbishment.
