The hotel is a bit outdated. The decor is kind of old and facilities can be updated. But it was a decent deal for the price we paid. There are convenient stores right in front of the hotel. We requested for a non-smoking room, but was given a smoking

At the bathroom shower, drainage hole is very dirty so that collect water. At first, hotel staff told me that wait to tomorrow. I told him we ( my wife and me) are don't shower yet. Staff used tool to suck drainage hole, but shower room become very ve

The staff were good the hotel has been run down but is now getting some work done to revamp it. We would stay there again nice and central.

Using GPS to find the hotel, a bit hard to find. So it was better to pick up portable wifi at the airport, so we can use gps, especially we used the wrong exit from Tokyo Station. Can't help, tokyo station is huge with many exits. Got confused inside.

Very good location. Hop on hop off bus starting pint is very near hotel. Good view of the castle and park. Breakfast food is OK. Rooms are clean too.
