The annex is in a good location. However, the main Hankyu hotel is in an even better location (next to airport limo bus stop, between umeda and Osaka train stations, middle of many restaurants and shops). We will stay there next time.

Location price room

Cerulean is only 5 mins walk to the Shibuya JR Station, making it super convenient to get to places. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with the kids. The rooms are very spacious which is a blessing in Tokyo while traveling with young energetic kid

They provide air purifier/ionizer in the room but it emits cigarette smell maybe not cleaned or maintained.

The only positive thing I can say about this place is the location is good. Ofher then that... It was just horrid, like a prison. Creaky horrible beds, freezing cold rooms. Not pleasant. Putting old men in the same room as young woman. Never again will I
