Near train station, tram and shops

Very good value and great location!

Location

The hotel itself is nice, our room was dated but spacious with a large bed and lovely big windows. We had originally been given a disabled access room, however asked to be changed as we wanted a room with a bath and this room had a wet room. This was not

On arrival, we upgraded our claustrophobic regular room to a luxury suite and have been happy ever since. It was large and light with an excellent bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. It has been our best accommodation in London so far. We stayed 11

We were supposed to get a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke and had ash trays. There was also a stain on the bed cover. The room felt and smelled really old.
