The room was small but has the full facilities. Cleanliness was very good with the cleaners doing a great job everyday.

Central location, comfortable rooms, tasty breakfast.

Good on the whole but the room we had needed updating and was small. Also the toilet which was smelly and small, no evidence of any fan system.

we were new to the hotel and the area of London but were instantly helped to understand our location and advantages plus being handed useful map and time out magazine to help us plan our stay

I emailed ahead to advise we were celebrating our anniversary, we were upgraded to a beautiful room overlooking the garden with four poster bed and massive designer bathroom.
