The staff here were very helpful and attentive. The room was quite spacious and had everything a you would require for an overnight stay. However there were cobwebs in the room and some of the lights weren't working. All in all it was a pleasant stay

Lots of little things went wrong in my stay. Also the room was not that comfortable with no comfortable to chair to watch TV which was too far away to watch in bed; also the duvets were small and not good quality. It is still a good place to stay.

It was our first stay at the hotel and would love to go back!!Minor niggles but nothing to diminish our stay,beautiful room and excellent staff.Peacock Alley's afternoon tea was a delight,the atmosphere was calm and relaxing.
